Britain may evaluate its immigration procedure that has slowed down many Indians from visiting the country to pursue studies in the renowned educational institutions of the world.
Deputy prime minster of the United Kingdom, Nick Clegg has said that he would make an effort to drive the government to reform its visa rules in case he’s convinced that the reservation of Indian students is trust worthy.
The minister said that he would try to clear the apprehensions of Indian students. He has also mentioned that the students, who earn minimum salary, will be received gladly to work after attaining a degree. As a matter of fact, students receiving more than the minimum salary are authorized to work for three years after graduation with an option to work for additional three years.
By 2024, it is expected that one in every three students moving to Britain for higher education will be from China and India.
