The Fall 2014 statistics states that there are currently 1,670 international students enrolled in Miamiís Oxford campus.

Both the local and international students have to submit their recommendation letters, high school transcripts, an essay and a list of extra-curricular activities along with their applications. Additionally, it is imperative to write the TOEFL, as an English language assessment. Also, the visa regulation requirements must be met by the international students. The other examinations students popularly undertake are the SAT and ACT. However, the prime focus lies on TOEFL scores which should be above 80.

Even if a student scores between 65-79 and has a good academic record, he can be admitted into the American Culture and English Program (ACE). This is a one-semester program which calls for the student to raise his English levels so that they can be admitted into the university once they pass the program.

Miami has students and faculty from all around the globe, making for a culturally enriching and a good learning experience.
