International students now get access to study engineering at DMU
International students can now get access to masterís at De Montfort University Leicester (DMU). International Incorporated Masterís (IIM) students gain an industry-relevant portfolio and the capability to lead large engineering projects, and there are chances to begin in September, January, April and June.

In the previous year, the college has provided pathways for overseas students to prepare them for entry to DMU degree programs.

The new pathway begins welcoming students in September 2015, allows progression on to masterís degrees in Engineering Management, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics.

The advantages of travelling to a different nation to study are the experience in an international hub and emerging language skills, becoming actually independent as well as making friends from across the world.

Many of DMUís engineering courses are standard by professional bodies such as the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), and the Engineering Council.
